Job Description:

We are looking for an Attorney with SEC experience.

Applicants should have at least 4-6 years of experience representing public company clients in corporate matters. This includes counseling public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance matters, as well as preparation of Exchange Act filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements.
Candidates can also expect to manage day-to-day needs of the company involving US law matters, including contracts, employment, corporate and litigation.
Job Requirements:

• 
  
• 4-6 years of experience representing public company clients in transactional, disclosure and compliance matters.
  
• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association accredited school required.
  
• Must be a member of a state bar in good standing and not subject to any prior disciplinary actions.
  
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate successfully with Team Members at all levels of the organization.
  
• Demonstrated skill in disciplined execution. Able to achieve goals among competing priorities and deadlines with high attention to detail.
  
• Strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.
