  We are looking for a manager to join the No-H2O team in Fort Lauderdale. We are an innovative waterless carwash & detailing company using tech to deliver services to our customers.
  We recently launched and are working with some of the largest companies in this area. This opportunity is available to join our growing team now.
  This is not an office job, you will be out in elements working at different locations. As a working manager and team leader, you must have a work permit and a valid driving license. This is an amazing opportunity for driven individuals to grow with this rapidly expanding company.
  The Detail Manager effectively communicates with customers and employees to determine the type of service necessary and the time needed for completion. The detail manager is responsible for quality control and output of the detailing & wash departments. Also manages all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.
  Responsibilities
  • On the site detailing of Cars, SUVs, and Trucks
  • Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers
  • Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly and on time
  • Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices
  • Communicate with all employees/clients/employers in a professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Following the rules provided by HQ
  • Ability to inspect for quality in detail, maintain a minimum quality standard
  • Follow all compliance safety regulations; promoting safe behaviors to all employees Qualifications
    • 2 years management or lead experience
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Customer-first orientation
    • Carwash experience preferred - but not required
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to manage a daily work schedule while directing others
    • Basic computer experience in Word and Excel
