Ledgent Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager.The ideal candidate will have a robust Technical Project Management background in software engineering (preferably with SaaS platforms).This is a full-time ONSITE position located in Weston, FL. No remote work.**All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.**What you will be doing:Enable a consistent standard of reporting on projects of various scopes and complexityDevelop project plans for complex features (time, resources, costs, etc.)Meet with business stakeholders regularly to clarify the scope, deliverables, and timelines for various projectsConsistently report project updates to stakeholders incorporating delivery timeframe, and risk factorsUpdate project plans dailyCreate project-based KPIs to establish improvementsAlign diverse team members to remove blockers, reduce time to deliver, and mitigate riskPartake in daily stand-upsPresent project retrospectives for completed projects to determine processes improvement recommendationsWhat you should bring to the table:Degree in related field5+ years of experience in Project Management of Software Engineering projectsProject management software tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA)PMP certification or similar relevant certificationsSuperior communication skills in English (verbal and written)Bonus:Reservation systems or travel industry booking systemsSaaS platformsWe are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
