Job Description:
HR /Payroll -Benefits AdministratorResponsibilities:Responsible
for the administration of all day-to-day support of Human Resources
/ Operations, including benefits administration, new hire
processing, payroll processing, assisting managers and team members
with inquiries, and other duties and responsibilities as
assignedResponsibilities include maintaining accurate employee
records, processing payroll through our Onboarding system,
validate/verify employee time records and process garnishments. Run
payroll reports and distribute to Sr. Management, and ensure
organization is in compliance.The job requires extra hours
especially around end-of-month deadlines and end-of year
deadlines.The peak seasonspans from November through January. PTO
blackouts may apply in peak season.The successful candidate will
work directly with the Human Resource-Payroll Director.Mission:To
ensure the company's payroll process runs smoothly, supportive of
Human Resources, Payroll and Operations.Key Performance Indicators

Payroll payment accuracy% Master data accuracyOvertime Data
Analysis - % of Reduction per Division DepartmentsOn time filing of
compliance related reports with 100% accuracyRoles &
Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for
the HR information systemProcess New Hires Onboarding Paperwork
(W-4 and I-9)Input New Hire data in Timekeeping and Payroll
PortalsValidate employee banking information is accurate for direct
deposit setup.Review and Maintain time records in Timekeeping
PortalsRuns and distributes daily reports to Sr. Operations team,
including actual vs scheduled hours, overtime report, etc.Verify
attendance per job site to Master records.Prepares and submits
payroll filesEnsure Time Records are accurate prior to exporting to
payroll PortalHandle complaints or questions from co-workers and
employees regarding discrepancies of clock-in time dailyProcess
payroll, including updating employee numbers, hours, garnishments,
etc.Complete wage statement requestsPrepare and/or run payroll and
HR related reportsVerify employees Termination date with the Area
Manager and update Timekeeping and Payroll portal with data.Update
new job locations in Timekeeping and Payroll portals.Prepare,
review, and file compliance related documents and reports such as
EEO-1, OSHA 300AManage year-end W2 audit/corrections and
distributionPerform scheduled audits of data inputs to ensure data
integrityPrepare and analyze HR metricsMaintain Operations
budgetPrepare compensation analysis as neededAssist in system usage
training, maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS as
neededSupport Operations Director on a as needed basisOther duties
as assignedKnowledge and SkillsMust be able to keep confidentiality
and practice discretion in all areasMust always use professional
phone etiquetteMust have excellent communication skills and
interpersonal skillsAble to prioritize responsibilities and meet

Drives2+ Years' experience with payroll processing
requiredExperience with Timekeeping system and scheduling software
a plusRequirements:Bilingual - SpanishSupport Operations / Payroll
Director -Weekend Task as assigned, As RequiredAble to provide
support on Holiday's and Weekends.Education / Experience:Associates
degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience3 years of
experience in HR, Accounting, or related fieldExperience with
Payroll - ADP/Paychex preferredAdvanced MS excel skills
requiredAnalytical and inquisitive mindsetEfficient attention to
detailAptitude for numbers and quantitative skillsGood
communicationExhibit business maturity including ability to handle
confidential information
