that invests primarily in software and technology companies to help
accelerate growth by offering funds, services, expertise, and
market leaders in the space!We are looking for a Recruiter who
LOVES technology and has experience recruiting in the
software/SAAS, engineering, and product verticals within North
America. This person should have high-energy and the ability to
support executives within our portfolio companies in recruiting

- Cultivate a network of US & Canadian-based talent
- Supplement portfolio recruiting efforts
- Build relationships with alumni groups & top schools
- Attend events on regular basis and represent the firm +
portfolio
- Advise portfolio executives on a wide range of topics
- Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our ATS
- Integrate sourcing strategies and opportunities for a diverse
pipeline of candidates
- Contribute to the creation of content
- Create a metrics-driven approach to track/monitor/evaluate the
impact and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the
recruitment process
- Drive a highly effective and memorable experience that will
keep talent engaged
- Track and share key recruiting metrics to optimize processes
and forecast hiring
- Nurture & expand go-to vendors (external recruiters, comp
consultants, trainers, and tools)
- Stay informed of trends and innovative techniques in
recruitingWhat You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of technical recruiting
- Research/market mapping
- Search coordination/administration
- Understanding of the private equity-backed software technology
landscape
- Understand requirements and translate those into candidate
archetypes/profiles
- Ability to build relationships and industry networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a demanding search load
- Track record of developing well-planned strategies and
