fundamental part of our commitment. Purpose: The Vice President of
Human Resources is a strategic role that develops, supervises, and
coordinates all work activities of the HR functions of the entire
company--relating to employment, compensation, recruiting, workers
compensation,--benefits administration, performance management,
compliance, recognition, performance counseling--and payroll
processes. Must have progressive experience--in Hotels. Essential
- Oversee all Human Resources efforts throughout the Organization
and act as an advisor to the Executive Team on all people related
items. Focus on such initiatives as talent development,
recruitment, retention, career development and on-boarding
activities in alignment with Performance Hospitality's
- Highly knowledgeable in the areas of recruiting and colleague
development. Collaborative, approachable, and visible.
- Leverage HR technology and people analytics.
- Drive all major recruitment initiatives across the entire
organization and implement "Best in Class" talent management
programs. Oversee benefits administration, risk management,
performance management, and career development programs.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to design & facilitate
change management initiatives that increase engagement to meet
strategic business objectives. Partner with hiring managers to
create learning paths. Develop innovative practices, training
programs and expand onboarding programs

self-motivated. Attention to detail, and high emotional
intelligence with a passion and enthusiasm for the industry. A
genuine interest in helping people succeed and supporting

from mentorship and training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent required.
Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of ten (10) years related
experience a must. Knowledge of employment laws; experienced in
automated payroll and timekeeping systems; excellent interpersonal
and communication skills; computer proficiency including Microsoft
Office. Experience in a hotel industry is required. SPHR / PHR or
SHRM-SCP / SHRM- CP certification preferred. Benefits We Offer
