Your Responsibilities

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Program Management Team Lead with agile,

product/program/project and software development experience, to tactically drive delivery, in

support of Vista Global's operational expansion, worldwide.

Delivery spans Flight Operations, IT, Sales & Marketing, Client Services, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, and Enterprise Admin (HR, Compliance, Legal, Travel Admin) to maximise the effectiveness and efficiencies of our colleagues who provide our air mobility services.

The successful candidate will join our Vista Tech Team in Florida, reporting into the Program Director. They will have an 80/20 role of team leadership (circa 13 program managers) and hands-on program delivery; a high-profile role that will work closely with business stakeholders and manage programs with product, program, internal and external engineering teams, and multiple business entities across time zones.

Leadership

• Conduct frequent program reviews, performance reviews, staff 1-2-1s and team calls, and attend
• key meetings to propagate excellence across delivery and gain a holistic view of team culture and
• capabilities
• Communication and execution of operational change and ad hoc requests through to the team
• Ensure continuity of Program service through sustainable resource management
• Development of Program Management Framework for standardisation, transparency, reduced
• administration, improved value creation and management oversight
• Support Program Managers to identify and mitigate risks, across business, tech and compliance Program Management
  • Seen as a leader in the field, hands-on management of medium to high-complexity technology
  • programs, showcasing industry best practice
  • Use of Vista Global's Program Management Framework, to ensure transparency, compliance, best practices and value realisation
  • Conduct risk management of change, including technical and business impact
  • Interacting with VPs, directors, business leads, product, and engineering; reporting progress Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • You are above average In all of the 6 key hard skills that we want our Program Managers to continuously adopt and improve on: Presentation skills, Excel modelling skills, Gantt chart and road mapping, Status reporting, Change Management, Meeting standards.
