Now hiring Logistics and Retail Account Director for InStyler

InStyler is a 15-year old staple hair tool company that has done business all over the world, and recently acquired two new major celebrity brands.

The company has done over $1BN in sales, but has a small team due a recent restructure.

We are seeking a driven and dedicated Logistics and Retail Account Director to handle three companies with demand across 60+ SKUs. Please have experience coordinating with Chinese-based factories, managing supply chains for multiple brands simultaneously, working with retailers, and negotiating accounts receivables (chargebacks, late fees, etc). The perfect person for this role is solution oriented, and enjoys creative problem solving.

Logistics and Retail Account Director will be responsible for:
? Assurance of material availability and continuous material flow
? Factory, supplier and retail relationships
? Cost optimization for logistics (storage, shipping) and purchasing
? Optimization of internal and external interfaces throughout the whole supply chain
? Full transparency of material cost in order to plan, execute and monitor any supply chain activities as well as supporting cost-efficient and reliable inventory management
? Plan, execute and monitor annual departmental budget
? Vendor compliance
? Negotiating AR with retailers

Must be comfortable with Safio, retailer portals, Shopify, NetSuite and Excel.
