Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries via phone. The representative will assist customers answering general questions and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved issues. Customer service and relationships will be a main focus for this position.

Requirements:

You must have a strong phone presence and communicate clearly and with confidence in order to excel in this position.

--- Knowledge of the general concept of Customer Relationship Management

--- Articulate and professional with the ability to multi-task

--- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

--- Strong oral and written communication skills

--- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

--- Effectively communicate the full range of available products and services offered

--- Customer service and order taking experience preferred

--- Experience with call centers a plus

Skills and Specifications:

--- Ability to type at least 25 WPM with 0 errors

--- Ability to work independently researching information via the software provided.

--- Customer service a plus!

--- Outstanding spelling, grammar, and communication skills a MUST!
