Position Title: Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid Role)
Contract: 6 Months but 90 days to Perm for the right person


POSITION SUMMARY
" The position is responsible for properly answering and routing incoming calls and providing Sales Support and Customer Service support.


ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.


" Supports general office duties to include properly answering and routing incoming calls and performing sales support service tasks.
" Handles inbound and outbound calls, to include but not limited to answering questions and processing requests related to delivery tracking status, product orders, shipping issues, returns, manufacturer recalls and billing and credit memo copy requests.
" Communicates with customers via telephone, email, or fax.
" Researches, investigates and resolves customers questions related but not limited to, billing, credits, sales orders & shipping errors and damages.
" Interfaces with shipping carriers and other internal departments in the processing of customer related issues.
" Work cross functionally with sales, warehouses and other departments to support in the resolution of Customers questions and requests.
" May be requested to contribute and work on specific projects.

Experience Required:
" Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
" 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations
" 1 year of Customer call experience, preferably handling In-bound calls.
Experience Preferred: Experience in Customer Service Operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry.
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: N/A
Functional Knowledge: Experience in Customer Service Operations
Company/Industry Related Knowledge: Preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
" Self-starter, who is capable of working well independently with minimal supervision.
" Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Strong attention to detail.
" Professional demeanor.
" Ability to work multi-line phone systems.
" Multi-tasking and able to work under time constraints and in pressure situations.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional:
" Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:
" Perform activities such as computer work, researching customer and order data, and extensive reading.
