At least 1 year of prior property and casualty insurance experience is required. What youll do: Assist current customers with policy questions, endorsements, and payments Conduct welcome calls for new onboarding customers Crosssell additional products and services Provide customers assistance and guidance throughout the claims process Ensure a positive customer experience by providing our customers outstanding customer service Conduct annual insurance reviews for our existing customers Contact customers in danger of cancellation or at risk of losing important policy discounts What youll need: MUST HAVE 1 year of prior insurance experience.
