Job DescriptionTo provide extraordinary service to all customers, provide Licensed Sales Producers with possible sales opportunities and assist in sales and office organization. Our goal is to sincerely sell to customers' needs while pursuing State Farm's marketing focus.

  • Answer phone with a smile each time
  • Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
  • Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
  • Notify Agency Owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at risk of leaving
  • Report claims via a warm transfer phone call to claim line
  • Assist in training other employees
  • Review new business log weekly with Agency Owner
  • Write new business applications using checklist and upload corresponding t-docs
  • Cross-sell existing customers
  • Follow up on pending endorsements and applications daily
  • Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
  • Other duties as assigned by agent
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude

    • P&C (4-40 or 2-20)
    • Life (2-14 or 2-15, optional)
    • Minimum Performance RequirementsWill be determined by agency principal, and staff and updated monthly. Essential functions listed are primary goals to improve sales and retention.
