Cath Lab Tech Location: Port Saint Lucie, FL Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/Hourly. Summary: A Cath Lab Technician assists cardiologists and medical teams in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. They are responsible for preparing patients, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring patient safety during procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Assist physicians during procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement. Operate and monitor imaging equipment (fluoroscopy, hemodynamic systems). Monitor patients’ vital signs throughout procedures. Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols. Prepare and manage catheters, contrast media, and other supplies. Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, ACLS Certification, ARRT (R) Certification, CCI RCIS.
