Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients Schedule is Monday
to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 15-18 patients per day No hospital
responsibilities Compensation and Benefits: Employed position with
base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock 220k salary
plus quality bonuses based on star ratings Bonuses up to 40k year
one. Additional bonuse year two Malpractice, $5,000 relocation 22
days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision
