ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM shift with liver call responsibilities • Handle other surgical cases when no liver/transplant procedures scheduled • Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts • Required on-call: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month • Must have strong liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant experience with actual organ implantation experience (not just harvesting) • Must be proficient in MISONIX/CUSA equipment • 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR RN experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) • Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs • Must participate in teaching and training students and new staff • 40-hour orientation period required • Must pass EKG and pharmacy tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum each) • Must be nicotine-free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen within 12 months • Work with adult and geriatric patients in 18-room operating suite • Daily census typically 55-60 patients • Scrub color: Ceil Blue • Use EPIC charting system • All RTO must be submitted upfront at time of application Facility: This 230-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital specializes in complex surgical procedures including organ transplantation.
