ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN OR -
Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • 12-hour shifts with 36
guaranteed hours for 3x12s or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10s •
On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend
shifts per month • Float within scope to meet facility needs as
required • Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in
18-room operating suite • Daily census of 55 patients • 40-hour
orientation period required • Must have 2 years of direct RN OR
experience with strong robotics, orthopedic, and neuroscience
experience • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (must have at time
of submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) • Epic charting
system experience preferred • Must be willing to participate in
teaching and training students and new staff • Work with advanced
surgical equipment including Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Mako
Surgical System, and Hana Table • Handle complex procedures
including robotic surgeries, orthopedic cases, neurosurgical
procedures, and minimally invasive surgeries • Must be
nicotine-free with negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen
required • EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with
maximum 2 attempts each • All requested time off must be submitted
at time of application • Compliance documents due Monday prior to
