Job Summary and Qualifications The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.??? What qualifications you will need: - Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) - Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - (RN) Registered Nurse - Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting - Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management Founded in 1974, HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is a 317-bed acute care hospital.
