a RN Nurse Manager Emergency Services for our team to be an

with us! Job Summary and Qualifications Participates in the
operations and activities of the nursing unit, staff development
and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in
accordance with corporate, hospital, department and safety policies
and procedures to meet company and regulatory requirements.
Provides high-quality patient care by acting as a liaison with
patients and their representatives, physicians and employees and
maintaining the efficient operation of the department. The ED Nurse
Manager assists in planning, directing and managing the department
and staff to assure quality service on a 24-hour basis while
meeting JCAHO Standards, complying with corporate policy and
procedures, managing supplies and equipment of the unit, promoting
teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, promoting
internal and external customer satisfaction and effective resource
management. What qualifications you will need: - Current Florida
license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure
(subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not
limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) - Bachelors
Degree from an accredited School of Nursing - Current Basic Cardiac
Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days
of employment start date - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of
employment start date - Current Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course
(ENPC) certification or must be obtained within 60 months of
employment start date - Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
certification or must be obtained within 6 months of employment
start date - (RN) Registered Nurse - Minimum 3 years of Emergency
(ER) clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/
Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing
