Program Coordinator role today! Job Summary and Qualifications The
Coordinator Magnet Program® is responsible for developing,
implementing, maintaining, monitoring and overseeing the overall
Magnet Recognition Program® and the Magnet
designation/re-designation process and related programs. This
position works closely with leadership and staff in executing the
Magnet Recognition Program® initiatives. Is responsible for
submitting applications, interim monitoring reports, and Magnet
documents (initial and re-designation) based on the Magnet
criteria. Develops and implements organizational strategies and
infrastructure to support clinical quality, operational
effectiveness, and shared leadership, which are all essential to
the Magnet Program®. Acts as a liaison with all departments within
the organization to promote nursing excellence and to further the
Magnet philosophy. The Magnet Program Coordinator reports to the
Chief Nursing Officer and has a dotted line to the Administrative
Coordinator of Clinical Education and Professional Practice. What
qualifications you will need: - Current Florida license as
Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to
Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to
ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) - Bachelors Degree
from an accredited School of Nursing required ; Masters Degree
preferred - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - (RN)
Registered Nurse - 5 years of experience in
management/administration managing large scale projects - Prior
experience as a Magnet Program Coordinator preferred Founded in
