Newly licensed and experienced LPNs are welcome to apply. The course is designed to provide nurses with theoretical knowledge needed to provide holistic family-centered care to patients and family members and is targeted to nurses who are new to high-acuity nursing care. The course will entail classroom education and an eight week preceptorship with an RN. LPNs will learn to work with an RN on a Blended Nursing Team, where the LPN and RN work together to care for a group of patients.Training opportunities available at Baptist Hospital and Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Estimated pay range for this position is %2421.49 - %2427.92 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. FL LPN License Current American Heart Association BLS certification for healthcare providers current for at least 6 months of the time of hire.
