RN-Pediatric ER $20K Sign-On Bonus FT 7:00pm-7:30am(47643)Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale has been a respected leader in healthcare since its founding in 1938. As Broward Health's flagship hospital, Broward Health Medical Center offers 716 beds and is home to virtually every medical specialty, including cardiac care, maternity, neonatology, pediatrics and comprehensive stroke care. Additional services include cancer care, kidney and lung transplant, orthopaedics, palliative care, robotics, sickle cell, surgical weight loss, a Level I trauma center and an on-site fitness center.

Full Time Eligible 72 Hours per pay period. 7:00pm-7:30 am Every other weekend. Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing. Current State of Florida Registered Nurse license required. Current BLS card from American Heart Association required. Current ACLS card from American Heart Association preferred. Experience in Hospital Acute Care setting within the past Three years strongly preferred. One year of Peds expedience preferred. The professional registered nurse is accountable to plan, coordinate, provide, intervene and evaluate the care of assigned patients based upon the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act and individual patient needs. Each professional registered nurse participates with the inter-disciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient.

Hire-On/Retention Bonus of$20,000.00 Eligible for applicants with 2 years of experience in specialty
