RN-Atrium RCU $12K Sign-On Bonus FT 7:00am-7:30pm-BHMC-REQ#45307 - Fort Lauderdale, FL----Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale has been a respected leader in healthcare since its founding in 1938. As Broward Health's flagship hospital, Broward Health Medical Center offers 716 beds and is home to virtually every medical specialty, including cardiac care, maternity, neonatology, pediatrics and comprehensive stroke care. Additional services include cancer care, kidney and lung transplant, orthopaedics, palliative care, robotics, sickle cell, surgical weight loss, a Level I trauma center and an on-site fitness center. ----Full Time Eligible--72 Hours--------------per pay period. 7am-7:30pm. Every other weekend.-- Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of--7Nursing.-- Current State of Florida Registered Nurse license required.----One year Critical Care or Telemetry experience preferred. Ventilator experience preferred. Current BLS--and ACLS cards from American Heart Association required.--Experience in Hospital Acute Care setting within the past 3 year strongly preferred. Computer skills, excellent communication, organization and Customer service skills necessary. The professional registered nurse is accountable to plan, coordinate, provide, intervene and evaluate the care of assigned patients based upon the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act and individual patient needs. Each professional registered nurse participates with the inter-disciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient.--**Hire-On/Retention Bonus of$12,000.00** Eligible for applicants with 1 year experience--*Employee Referral Bonus of $3,000.00*The referee's name must be listed on the--application under referral source--in order to be eligible--for any FT or PT positions.----Thank you for your interest in Broward Health.
