RN-Critical Care Med/Surg Float BHMC $20K Bonus FT 7:00pm-7:30am (42051) - Fort Lauderdale, FLBroward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale has been a respected leader in healthcare since its founding in 1938. Additional services include cancer care, kidney and lung transplant, orthopaedics, palliative care, robotics, sickle cell, surgical weight loss, a Level I trauma center and an on-site fitness center.------Full Time Eligible 72--Hours--per pay period. Varied nights per week 7pm-7:30am.--Weekend required.--Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing.-- Current State of Florida Registered Nurse license required.-- Current BLS and ACLS cards from-- American Heart Association required. --Three years of Critical Care RN experience in a Hospital Acute Care setting required.--Willingness to float to all Critical care, Telemetry and Stepdown units. Computer skills necessary, excellent communication teamwork and customer service skills a must.--Self-directed independent and ability to think critically as well as team player.--The professional registered nurse is accountable to plan, coordinate, provide, intervene and evaluate the care of assigned patients based upon the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act and individual patient needs.
