We are seeking a dynamic clinical leader to lead and manage business operations and risk-based contracts for the organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building out the population health team and focus on expanding care for at-risk patient populations as well as integrated the accompanying business and administrative functions that improve quality and lower costs for our patients. The CMO will lead--a cross functional team responsible for overall Value Business performance, including key functions of strategy, business development, alternative payment models, data analytics, and provider network strategies. Collaborating with the CEO and board members, the CMO will work with network providers to improve care delivery and total quality outcomes for patients. Qualifications:

MD with an active license
Board Certified--in Primary care or Internal Medicine
5+ years experience in an IPA or MSO
5+ years experience in a leadership role - driving clinical initiatives
MBA preferred
