Responsibilities: Serve as a Property Manager at Cardinal Point
Management, LLC ("Cardinal Point") for an evolving portfolio of
properties ("Properties") in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm
Beach, FL Metropolitan Statistical Area ("MSA") Develop and expand
relationships with tenants, clients, and third-party service
providers Coordinate the administration of leasing, maintenance,
and management activities for the Properties Collaborate with the
Senior Property Manager and Treasurer - Head of Financial Control
to ensure the proper utilization of the Yardi Property Management
and Accounting System to successfully manage the Properties with
the appropriate financial controls and oversight Assist the Senior
Property Manager with the preparation of operating budgets and
forecasts Responsibilities may include coordinating with the Senior
Property Manager on property management matters at other Cardinal
Point properties as requested Demonstrate basic proficiency with
computing tools Yardi Property Management and Accounting System MS
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint LoopNet and CoStar Respect the
confidential nature of these responsibilities in the course of all
professional and personal conduct Demonstrate strong communication
and interpersonal skills while working with other members of the
Cardinal Point team and tenants: Respectful Hardworking Proactive
Professional The position of Property Manager at Cardinal Point
represents employment based upon an "at-will" relationship. These
proposed terms of employment in no way constitute a contractual
agreement of employment. The position is classified as "Exempt"
under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Unless there is reason to
terminate the employment arrangement prematurely, the Senior
Property Manager will conduct an initial performance review
approximately 60 days following the start of employment to
determine if an individual's performance warrants continued
employment with the firm. This 60-day time frame will be referred
to as a "Probationary Period" of employment. An additional signing
bonus may be payable following successful completion of the
Probationary Period. A discretionary bonus may be payable in
addition to the Base Salary following an annual performance review
Additionally, employees are eligible to make voluntary
contributions to the Company 401k retirement plan (subject to
annual IRS contribution limits). Contributions can be made on
either a Traditional ("pre-tax") or Roth ("after-tax") basis. The
Company will annually contribute on behalf of an employee 3.0% of
his/her base salary to the 401k plan without any vesting
requirements. The Company contributions to the 401k plan usually
take place during the 1st or 2nd quarter of the calendar year.
Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and other benefits will be
available to the employee on the 1st of the month following a
minimum 60-day waiting period after commencement of full-time
employment. Cardinal Point will contribute 90% of the expenses
related to the Employee Only base coverage, and employees have the
option to purchase an "enhanced" medical insurance plan and/or
additional coverage for spouses and dependents at their own cost
