    Sales Manager Job Qualification
    
    • 
      
    • Life and Health License
      
    • FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 6
      
    • Previous experience in Financial Services industry
      
    • Previous experience in Insurance industry
      
    • Previous sales experience
      
      Preferred Experience of Sales Manager -
      
      • 
        
      • Previously manage a team of individuals
        
      • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
        
      • Bilingual Speaking Spanish, Portuguese, other a plus
        
      • College Degree preferred
