  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering or equivalent is required
  • 5-10+ years of experience in estimating with a general contractor
  • Proficient knowledge of preconstruction and its practices
  • Ability to read, interpret and understand plans proficiently
