Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Business Information Systems Team, providing
guidance and training to achieve departmental objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders to select and implement new
technologies and develop a business systems strategy
Ensure utilization of appropriate project management methodologies
to deliver business initiatives on-time and within budget
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Technology, Information
Management, or related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in ERP/CRM systems within a large,
complex organization
Prior experience managing a mission critical business systems
environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead diverse teams
Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills
