Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations and Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the team and workflows to support sales and customer success activities
Oversee the proposal and contracting process for clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and operationalize new services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years' experience in customer support and/or operations
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Contracting related experience preferred
