Manager of Area Operations -Circuit is looking for a motivated, energetic, and transportation obsessed candidate to join our team. The Area Operations Manager will oversee all Operations across South Florida with Market Managers and supervisors as direct reports. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Regional Operations. Our ideal candidate has experience managing a large team of "on-the-ground" team members as well as planning, executing, forecasting, and reporting on all market KPI's.About UsSince 2011 we have worked closely with forward thinking municipalities and some of the world's top brands to build an innovative first/last-mile transportation service that's given over 6 million rides. Our growth has allowed us to expand on our core product to also provide zero emissions, last mile deliveries.Job Description (including but not limited to):

• Lead and oversee hiring (and promotion) of all Managers and Supervisors -
• Manage all Driver Ambassadors: onboarding, driving continuous engagement with recent hires, overseeing all training, pushing quarterly expectations, etc. -
• Perform daily check-ins with all locations; enforce reporting from managers and supervisors
• Own the Area P&L. Complete monthly reviews; schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions - - -
• Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes
• Review daily records of rides, reports, and inspections
• Action all management processes/form submissions via our platforms -
• Oversee and track upcoming & ongoing ad campaigns
• Manage the local fleet: weekly audits of Fleetio (our Fleet Management System) with the fleet teams, escalate maintenance needs, oversee fleet movements -

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (gmail, drive, cal, etc.), Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Slack, Homebase, FleetioWhat does the ideal candidate offer?:
  • 2-5 years experience in transportation
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Southern Florida.
  • Must be able to work independently and have strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience managing in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate would have experience in scheduling and personnel management and training.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Slack is a plus!Location: Must live in the Southern Florida area.

    • Starting salary range of $100,000-$125,000 annually (based on multiple factors including industry-specific experience, leadership experience, and background)
