AutoNation Headquarters Position Summary: Manage technology projects within the Property Solutions department (e.g., store mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures). Organizational Relationships: This role will be a member of the Technology Project Management Office (TPMO) department reporting to the Director, Portfolio Management that reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The role will interact with resources within and external to the Technology organization. Job Responsibilities: Ability to manage multiple multi-line detailed project plans and timelines. Ability to manage staffing allocations, tasks, and project financials for multiple projects in-flight at the same time. Ability to schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to closure. Ability to solicit status updates from various project task owners, create status reports, and lead status meetings. Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders and extended project team members. Ability to adhere to the TPMO project management standard operating procedures and methodologies. Qualifications: 3+ years of work experience managing technology projects as a Project Manager or similar position. Able to see the big picture as well as pay attention to the details. Excellent people and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with tools such as MS Teams, Azure DevOps/Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Visio. Must meet company's requirements for employment. Valid in-state driver's license and have maintained an acceptable, safe driving record.
