As a Shift Manager, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people.   • Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
  • Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means!
  • Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc.
  • Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment. It's Your Business.
  • Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
  • Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed.
  • Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
  • Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team.
  • Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
  • Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams Requirements
    • 1+ years of experience in team leadership (Restaurant Management is preferred)
    • Proven ability to develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
    • Proactively recruit, hire, and retain talent
    • Ability to manage in-store budgets and forecasts
    • High attention to detail with integrity to elevate the guest experience
