About the Company:
A Real Estate Developer and General Contractor that builds large
garden style apartment complexes from site to close throughout the
Southeast. Specializing in garden style, wood framed, multifamily
apartment projects with surface parking; however, some are
concrete, steel, and wood structures that include parking garages.
Other project types include: podiums, wraps, garden style, midrise,
high rise, and more.
About the Position:
Hiring for an Assistant Project Manager, responsible to assist the
Project Manager in all areas that including but not limited to
RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, oversight,
and more.
Requirements:
2+ years of prior Assistant Project Management or Project
Engineering experience for a GC or Developer.
Desire to move their career into Project Manager.
Strong technical skills and specific multifamily project knowledge
and success.
