Automation to join our Operations team.Responsibilities:
- Apply authoritative command of automation and departmental
processes to drive the strategic initiatives and practice
operations within a global operations organization, interfacing and
partnering with firm leadership; Drive and ensure consistent
methodology, exceptional delivery and benefits realization
consistent with the organization's multi-year expense targets of
$500MM+; Strategic and proactive responsibility to create an
Automation CoE and deploy an automation strategy for the firm
including but not limited to program activities, governance
processes, metrics and measurement to ensure best in class approach
to solutions delivery
- Develop and execute a firmwide enterprise automation roadmap
including vision, strategy, goals, staffing and training to enable
action planning and a high performing organization; Engage and
educate firm leaders in re-imagining processes utilizing RPA and
automation technologies to create efficiency
- Oversee technology guidelines for which RPA solutions should
and should not be developed; Responsible for allocation and
coordination of RPA CoE resources, formulating best-practices,
training and proactively monitoring issues and risks and driving
timely solutions
- Provide oversight of process automation design, solution
development/architecture, frameworks and ongoing care of solutions;
Ensure proper scaling of infrastructure and architecture components
of enterprise RPA product, working with other technology teams
(Identity Management, Network) to drive stable operations; Forecast
staffing and resource needs (infrastructure, licenses) as the
program grows
- Lead and drive overall success of the Automation CoE and
provide functional expertise and guidance to ensure consistency;
Direct and have overall accountability for a team, including
responsibility for the group's organization, recruiting, coaching
and mentoring of staff; may have people management responsibility
for multiple senior and/or intermediate level professionals,
ensuring efficient allocation and maximum utilization of resources
across the teams
- Interface with firm leaders including Audit, Tax and Advisory
partners and leadership, other firmwide groups and external
stakeholders (clients, vendors, consultants) combining 'soft
hands', exceptional executive presence, a strong and comprehensive
command of the issues and effective presentation
skillsQualifications:
- Minimum fifteen years of recent experience in cognitive
computing, large scale machine learning, AI, intelligent
automation, RPA or other emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive
the transformational agenda; demonstrated ability to influence,
educate and interact with diverse leaders and teams across the
organization; Lead and ensure execution of strategic initiatives
for the organization
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and
situations from a firm, organization and leader's perspective;
Ability to address emerging opportunities and how organization
should be organized/staffed to realize them
- Capability to manage multiple complex concurrent programs,
applying deep expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the
Risk organization and the firm; ability to direct, motivate and
empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring
efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, collaboration,
negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills to lead an
