Job Description:

Group Benefits Concepts, Inc. offers multi-site and multi-plan online enrollment group benefits plans. Group Benefits Concepts, an Acrisure agency partner, has a current need for a full-time Account Manager.This individual will sit remotely, but must be located in the Fort Lauderdale area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate party
  • Give information and help to solve customer problems
  • Assist with eligibility, enrollment, implementation, renewal, and annual review processes
  • Process and ensure accuracy of client forms and applications for submission
  • Verify coverage for providers
  • Communicate and develop business relationships with clients
  • Scan & email documents
  • Maintain professional attitude, stability, and tolerance in multi-task, time critical environment
  • ID card requests
  • CRM data entry
  • Daily office tasks such as Outlook Inbox management, etc.
  • Math calculation for payroll deduction, safe harbor and other repetitive tasks for clients
  • Online carrier submissions in varying formats

    • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
    • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft, Teams, Zoom, Publisher, required
    • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF skills, required
    • Bilingual (Spanish), required
    • At least 2 years of prior clerical/customer service experience, requiredOther Qualifications:
      • Effective time management skills

      • Strong organization skills
