Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is
seeking a Change Manager who has experience around an oracle cloud
program. HCM/Payroll experience would be nice to have, as well as
coming from a Healthcare background. Responsibilities:
- In this role, the Change Manager works within a matrixed
organization with other partner disciplines, strategy consultants,
HR business partners/leaders, communications, and executive leaders
to provide insights and performance indicators of change
initiatives
- Helps build out key infrastructure and capabilities within the
EPMO Change Management Office
- Develops criteria for receiving, scoring, and grading
transformational change projects; Determines what/how to measure
projects; Manages and monitors use of third-party change
vendors
- Understands and develops key processes for business-facing
delivery, including pulse surveys to measure change tactics,
dashboards for project health, standard risk assessments across
change interventions and tactics, ability to measure change
saturation, etc.
- As a Change Manager, you coordinate and facilitate planning
cycles; Provides meeting cadences, notes and facilitation for key
leadership, sponsor and change team meetings; Maintains integrated
change and communications plan, status reports, etc.; Develops and
maintains templates, documents, and decks
- Guides strategic change programs in development and execution
of change strategies that foster commitment and manage resistance
across all key stakeholder groups, prepares leaders to lead change
and prepares organization to change in a sustainable way
- Advises and coaches key leaders whose role makes them essential
to sustainably realizing the expected benefits of the change
program
- Change Manager guides creation and execution of a commitment
strategy that uses all appropriate organization-wide and
multi-channel communication options to build commitment and foster
change in cooperation with Communications Job
Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- MPH, MHA, or MBA preferred, with concentration in Health
Management
- Prosci or other change management-related certification, (i.e.,
CCMP, Express Works, etc.; Prosci highly preferred) 3-5 years of
experience in a combination of the following:
- Project management
- Change management
- Implementation
- Strategic planning
- Experience successfully collaborating with others in a
change-driven environment
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision
into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
and SharePoint) skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across
all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and
adaptability are important
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while
working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to influence, partner and negotiate with senior
business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business
goals
- Experience designing tools and processes to be implemented
broadly across the enterprise
- Organizational skills, including the ability to manage
enterprise-wide (and transformational line-of-business project)
metrics and measurement details concurrently: detailed planning,
