Position Summary
The Care Solutions Manager will be responsible to respond promptly
to incoming requests for potential services. This position will
provide in-person or virtual assessments to potential clients. The
Client Solutions Manager will discuss and obtain client agreements
prior to initiating services. This position will have a warm
hand-off to the Client Success Manager who will assign the case for
ongoing service. This position should be focused on achieving a
high conversion rate with the appropriate case mix for TheKey. This
position will follow up on the assessment and service outcome with
a quality assurance focus. This position will escalate potentially
complex cases for quality service
Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in gerontology, health care, social work or
related profession from an accredited university preferred
* Three to 5 years' experience in health care, elder care, social
work or related industry preferred
* Previous experience in an intake/assessment position
* Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and
accurately notes in system related to client visits
* Driver's license in good standing with proof of insurance
* Ability to travel approximately up to 40% of the time
