you will oversee operations and tasks performed at respective
office to ensure all facets run smoothly and at a profit, make
necessary decisions for the office in order to ensure compliance
with company, local, state and government regulations, and direct
the workflow of operations team, sales, drivers, packers, and
helpers as needed, ensuring a positive experience for the customer
through training and a positive work environment for
employeesEssential Functions:Review operations to determine where
improvements need to be madeMeet with associates on a regular basis
to communicate expectations and schedulingAssign work to
subordinates in a manner that is conducive for the office to run at
a profitable and efficient manner as well as follow up on assigned
tasksIntervene as necessary in all facets of the officeDetermine
ways to advertise and get leads on potential movesAuthorize
invoices for payment and transmit invoices to corporate officeMake
any personnel decisions as necessary including hiring or
recruitment, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary
reportsReport any significant issues to the COO and CEO for further

and Experience:Preferred: Bachelor''s degreeRequired: Previous
managerial experienceRequired: Previous experience in logistics and
transportationTasksReview processing schedules or production orders
to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing
requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering
budgetary limitations and time constraints.Direct or coordinate
production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of
industrial organizations.Develop or implement production tracking
or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control,
maintenance, or other operational reports to detect production
problems.Review operations and confer with technical or
administrative staff to resolve production or processing
problems.Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve
personnel grievances.Prepare and maintain production reports or
personnel records.Set and monitor product standards, examining
samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to
ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.Approve
expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring
that materials, labor, or equipment are used efficiently to meet
production itiate or coordinate inventory or cost control
programs.Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or
equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of
machines.Review plans and confer with research or support staff to
