ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:This role will manage all product data for item setups for the Countertop Appliances, Compact Appliances, and Commercial Appliance divisions of The Legacy Companies. Customers include Walmart, Wayfair, Lowes, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Target, Williams Sonoma, Office Depot, Staples, Costco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Fred Meijer, Tractor Supply, and other major dot com channels.Manages and maintains customer-facing content on the branded owned & Omni eCommerce customer portals, works closely with marketing teams to manage item setups and new product launches within tight deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills are required to manage and maintain channel assortment trackers and advanced reporting to Sales teams.Collaborate with the marketing team on their strategies of digital marketing, brand building, paid media, new item creation (inclusive of content), item reviews & paid SEO across digital channelsManages day-to-day reporting and understands how to develop analytical reports, manages communications with the sales team and provides data on product assortment by channel, manages this channel data in an updated tracker, and communicates missed opportunities across channel assortments.Develop and maintain KPIs that ensure we are providing the best possible service to the customers while meeting financial goalsDeliver eCommerce Turnover, Share, and Perfect Store Online goals by establishing eCommerce fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth, and operating the business in partnership with other Customer Business Managers, and Sales Teams.This role requires cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and creative teams to support brand equity, develop and optimize the brands' digital presence on digital shelves, balance account business optimization and omni-channel brand prioritiesThe E-Commerce Omnichannel Manager will be responsible for maintaining our Digital Shelf, including content management, new product launches, search rankings, ratings and reviews, and pricing & promotionsWork with PIM/DAM manager and Salsify data to syndicate product data across major omnichannel customers.Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the PDP delivers the best shopping experience, aligns with marketing strategies across channels, and highlights relevant promotional or seasonal merchandise.Audit websites on a regular basis to identify opportunities for potential improvements and enhancements to ensure best-in-class practices and experiences.Manage A+ Enhanced Product Content setups across major omnichannel customers.
