Job Description:
As a leader in process intelligence technology, Skan leverages
computer vision and machine learning to help organizations be
greater at business by triangulating insights from people,
processes, and technologies to accelerate business
transformation.LocationFor this position, we are looking for remote
candidates located in the United States and Canada.As a Director of
Business Development and Enterprise GTM you will be responsible for
developing and execute a go-to-market strategy for Skan's platform
offering; built on individualizedbusiness cases by customer. You
will have the opportunity to identify and establish relationships
with key corporate C-level representatives and business unit
managers through prospecting, marketing leads and expansion of
existing contacts within accounts. Additionally, you will have the
chance to work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure
GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including,
reporting key milestones status, risks, and contingency planning
and issue escalation as necessary.What You'll Do:Build and nurture
a strong sales pipeline and forecast through discovery calls and
meetingsDrive the sales process and handle the contract and
approval process of new deals, including negotiating on price and
getting approvals including contract termsBuild account plans and
work closely with customer success to explore upsell
opportunitiesDevelop a deep appreciation of Skan's platform and
technology including customer use caseWork with Marketing, Customer
Success, Partnerships, and Product to maximize team success - from
campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet
sales needsMeet or exceed set Quota targets and Key Performance
Indicators (KPI's) for sales-based activitiesMaintains an accurate
and realistic forecastHandle all information in our CRM systemActs
as coach and mentor to BDRs and other members of the team you work
with on prospectingBuild awareness for Skan with our Partner
network, which includes large Enterprises and System Integrators
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Skan
partnersRequirementsWhat You'll BringNeed to have8+ years of
professional experience preferably in a customer-facing roleDeep
experience with SAAS technologies preferably around process mining,
process discovery, and robotic process automation Strong
interpersonal, organization and presentation skillsUnderstands the
value creation sale to senior-level enterprise customers Strong
work ethic and a high level of intensity to work with an
experienced, motivated leadership team focused on creating a
significantly sized company in a short timeframeEntrepreneurial
spirit/attitude, flexibility toward dynamic changeCan demonstrate
results from own pipeline generation; is a natural "Hunter"
Demonstrated ability to manage both direct and indirect
opportunities from net new prospects and current
customersExperienced in a new business roles, ideally within a
similar start up and high growth organizationA passion for
excellence including a desire to build a metric driven
