Will also provide assistance to the manager of the department assigned to in carrying out general office functions that are routine in nature and are performed in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices, procedures and precedents. Answer incoming phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate team membersPrepare mailing items/packages for active caregiversReach out to active clients for current mailing addresses to send mail/packagesUpdate the MNA Healthcare internal Phone ListAssist other departments with special projects as needed
Supports the Director of HR with day to day administrative support and office management needs
Be the first point of contact in our office - ensuring all guests will have that better welcomeEnsure that conference room is always tidy, accessible and stocked with supplies and ready for the next strategy session
Proactively ensure that management and teams are ready and equipped for meetings, events, and senior-level meetings
Plan company events, ordering food, making reservations for events/client initiatives/meetingsKeep kitchen tidy and stocked with snacks and beveragesPoint person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Handle mail, postage, and shipping both incoming and outgoing for the FL office
Assist with new-employee orientation, new hire paperwork and online personnel file system
Support the recruitment process
Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews and with email correspondenceCreate, update and maintain accurate job descriptionsAssist with HR related special projectsAssist with organization and tracking of company equipmentMonitors modifications in regulatory changes to ensure all the office location is compliant with state and federal regulationsEducation/Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationExperience using Microsoft Office 365Professional phone skillsEmail proficiencyJob Type: Full-time / Pay:$35K-$45K
