Design & Implement Innovative Campaign Strategy: Own every aspect of our coach certification marketing. Set the vision, develop the strategies and ensure the timely execution of campaigns that exceed our performance efficiency goals.
Scale Quality Traffic To Campaigns: Reach new audiences through scalable ad campaigns and other traffic sources to drive greater awareness, interest and leads for our programs, while exceeding ROI goals.
Relentless Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities within our campaigns. Design strategies to improve these areas and execute them. Develop a cadence of optimization that creates continual improvement.
Develop Coach Certification Marketing Team: Grow and develop a world class Coach Certification division marketing team team that embodies our core values, is hungry, focused on exceeding our goals, and is committed to excellence.

Required Skills/Experience:
5+ years of marketing experience driving strategy and growth.
At least 2 years experience in a marketing leadership role.
Experience in digital marketing campaigns that drive highly qualified leads to a sales team as well as online programs/courses.
Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles.
Ad Platforms - Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest (at least at a high level)
Research Platforms: Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, BuzzSumo, Facebook Insights, and others (or similar + ability to learn quickly)
Basic understanding of ad tracking pixels and conversion APIs functionality, creation and placement.
UTM Parameters (understand use and ability to read and build)
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Keap/InfusionSoft (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
Access to high speed internet, dedicated and distraction free work space and able to meet all requirements of this role while working remotely.
Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Asana Task Management System (or similar + ability to learn immediately)
Google Apps - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
Communication Tools - Google Meet, Skype, Zoom

Compensation:
This position is a full time, remote, salaried position + performance pay:
Salary: $72,000 - $80,000
Performance Pay: $25,000+
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
