Senior Nannies, Florida's top in-home nurse registry and home health agency, has an immediate opening for an experienced and dedicated Home Health Administrator and Compliance Manager based in our main office in Ft. Responsibilities/Qualifications
Manage a compliance team and/or department in a Nurse Registry, Home Health Agency, or Medical Facility
Partner with Clinical Managers and Recruiters to provide supervision and support to meet AHCA Guidelines and meet compliance expectations.
Prepare for, and supervise, surveys by AHCA and the Joint Commission
Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers and community organizations
Requires consistent Client/Caregiver follow-up
Registered Nurse a plus
Bilingual a plus (Spanish or Creole)

Compliance Managers should have:
Knowledge of AHCA Policies for Nurse Registry and Home Health Agency
Strong communication skills
Exceptional phone etiquette
A demonstrated record of goal achievement
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
A strong sense of urgency
Strong time management skills
Attention to detail
