Job Description:

Job Description: Office manager is responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, preparing presentations, answering incoming phone calls, and supervising the office staff to ensure maximum productively. Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration
  • Support company operations by maintaining office efficiency and overseeing administrative duties
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports and summarizing information
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development initiatives to improve employee experience
  • Process PTO requests and complete payroll time card approval
  • Manage office operations calendar
  • Work closely with VP of Sales to prepare reports and presentations
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the sales team
  • Maintain Sales and Marketing binders for senior management
  • Track and record sales generated from all sales events
  • Prepare Sales reports for the VP of Sales on a regular basis
  • Verify monthly ASR commissions
  • Prepare order proposal requests
  • Manage T&E for Florida Executives & Sales team members
  • Assist with coordinating monthly sales meeting
  • Compile account detailing information for market visits
  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Prepare product samples, deal sheets and presentations for account visits Ecommerce Support:
    • Daily order entry for the top five ECOM accounts
    • Inventory / order downloads for QVC, HSN, Beauty & Hair,,
    • Maintain account pricing, activity logs, and reports
    • Act as liaison between ecommerce and sales teams
    • Analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
    • Prepare and send monthly marketing launch assets, promotional banners, and social posts
    • Partner with Marketing team to ensure content is updated in Canto and is optimized for searches - provided by Dice
