Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department is the
focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal
processing technology within Raytheon. The department is
responsible for the design, development, integration, test and
support to the production builds of multiple Raytheon products. We
develop new technologies for advanced capabilities and provide
support to all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in
active worldwide deployments and grow our people with exciting new
challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring and purposeful
rotations. We have an opportunity for a Radar Subsystem Product
Lead. The Lead is accountable for the performance of the hardware
and the financial and contractual commitments. The lead is
responsible for creating a collaborative, innovative, and
technically focused culture while over-seeing a cross functional
team. What You Will Do : Demonstrate Technical Leadership by
driving design, development, integration, and testing to meet
performance requirements. Ensure contractual commitments for cost,
schedule, and technical performance are met for their assigned
scope. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (engineers,
manufacturing, suppliers, Supply Chain) to work cohesively towards
common goals, managing workloads and priorities. Provide clear,
concise status updates, technical details, risks, and solutions to
program managers, functional leaders, and customers. Develop and
execute program plans and budgets, including managing
Estimates-at-Completion (EACs) and Earned Value Management Systems
(EVMS). Make subsystem decisions and guide the team, escalating
broader impacts to Chief Program Engineers or Program Managers.
Partner with the leads including chief engineers and technical
leads to provide the most cost-effective technical solutions. Early
identification of risks and opportunities, along with mitigation
and capture plans. Responsible for proposal efforts, negotiations
and reviews for any new scope and any potential contract
modifications to ensure success and growth for the business. This
1st shift role will be 100% on-site & with an opportunity to be
based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Qualifications You Must
Have : Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 10 years’ of prior
work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and
minimum 7 years’ of prior work experience. Minimum seven (7) years
of prior work experience to include any combination of the
following: Experience with project/program management tools,
systems, and/or methodologies. Experience with Earned Value
Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated
Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management.
Experience with proposal or capture efforts. The ability to obtain
and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
post-start is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We
Prefer : Experience presenting to customers and/or senior
stakeholders. Understanding of allocating and flowing down
requirements from the system to the component level. Experience
interfacing with internal and external customers and finding
technical solutions to complex requirements. Experience with Radar
Receiver / Exciter and Digital subsystems and associated analysis,
design and/or test. Experience leading cross functional teams
including members from Engineering, Operations, Global Supply
Chain, and/or Quality through hardware development, production and

role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
