Job Description Job Description WE'RE ACTIVELY HIRING AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNCIIAN TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM IN RIVIERA BEACH, FL! If you have work experience as an industrial maintenance technician, email me directly at chsamson@aerotek .com Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and related systems in two general buildings. Work with equipment including hydraulic presses, welding machines, automated saws, air systems, lathes, CNC & manual, pneumatic equipment, and water jet machines. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions. Replace defective parts, such as gears, bearings, and other components. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop appropriate repair strategies. Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal performance. Adjust and fine-tune equipment settings based on operational requirements. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and time spent. Prepare reports on equipment status and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
