applications. We're hiring a Automation Engineer I to join our
team. This position will help to support the company's system
research and development efforts.
What you'll be doing:
Performs the implementation of test procedures for the verification
of engineering design components or systems.
Requires direction and supervision on all aspects of
assignment.
May perform basic test procedure design tasks.
Exercises limited judgment on details of work.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant work
experience
3+ years of related experience
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within
constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Acute attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
Proficient with LabVIEW
Knowledge of modulation techniques utilized in modern
communications systems
Experience with EMI/EMC problem solving
Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers,
network analyzers, vector signal analyzers, oscilloscopes)
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound
decisions
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation,
and scientific method.
Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles,
theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of
engineering/technical specialization.
Ability to obtain US Security Clearance preferred
