Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
Speech-Language Pathology services within K-12 school settings in
Port Saint Lucie, FL, focusing on supporting students with diverse
communication needs. This contract opportunity runs through the
current school year and includes full-time and part-time positions
at multiple elementary and K-8 campuses. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy aligned
with students' IEP goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and
multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with state licensing and school
policies. Serve caseloads including Pre-K through 8th grade
students, with some assignments at specialized program sites.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to program development
as needed. Qualifications: Active Florida Speech-Language
Pathologist (SLP) license required. Experience working with
pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
preferred. Knowledge of special education laws and educational
speech-language service delivery. Strong communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work full
or part-time schedules based on assignment needs. Locations and
Assignments: Bayshore Elementary School, Port Saint Lucie, FL,
full-time with ESE Pre-K caseload. Oak Hammock K-8, Port Saint
Lucie, FL, part-time (2 days/week), DHH cluster site. Additional
assignments may vary based on school needs, typically at a single
