school team, Classroom Teachers are entrusted with advancing the
mission of the school through the implementation of a rigorous,
standards-aligned curriculum, execution of engaging and
outcome-oriented lessons, and differentiation of support for all
students in meeting academic and behavioral expectations. Positions
Available for 22-23 School Year Elementary Teacher: 2nd Grade
Teacher: 3rd Grade Teacher: 4th Grade Teacher: 5th Grade MATH
Teacher: Music Teacher: PE Middle Teacher: ELA/Reading Teacher:
Math Teacher: Science Teacher: Drama As a school, we utilize our
discretion when assigning teachers grade-levels or content areas.

scholar outcomes and achievement Responsibilities: Classroom
Teachers are responsible for a variety of tasks related to
classroom instruction including, but not limited to: Lesson
Planning -Submit lesson plans weekly in accordance with the lesson
plan schedule set forth by the school; -Augment pre-established
lesson plans to personalize and differentiate for students;
-Utilize curricular resources provided by the school in pursuit of
school-wide goals Instructional Delivery -Facilitate classroom
instruction in accordance with the campus bell schedule set forth
by the school; -Facilitate classroom instruction using multiple
forms of engagement (e.g. in person and distance learning)
-Facilitate classroom instruction using curricular resources
adopted by the school Student Safety and Culture -Hold students
accountable to high cultural and behavioral expectations in
accordance with the code of conduct set forth by the school; Ensure
the safety of students at all times, particularly those times when
students are in open settings, i.e. recess, lunch, outdoor
transitions, dismissal, free-play, etc. -Clearly communicate
concerns regarding attendance, behavior, safety or academic
progress to school leadership and parents; Grading -Assign students
at least one grade per subject per week; -Update Gradebook weekly
to keep students and families abreast to current status; -Notify
families of students who are failing (earning lower than a C) two
weeks prior to the end of a grading period; -Report and maintaining
student work in accordance with the student work policy set forth
by the school; Record keeping -Submit accurate attendance daily by
9:30am; -Track and submitting attendance for all classes; Follow
the guidelines set forth by the Federal Educational Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA) Professionalism -Clock-in daily prior to 8:00;
-Wear appropriate attire daily; -Respond to emails and deadlines
set by school leadership -Demonstrate respect for all co-workers in
written, verbal and nonverbal communication; Compensation:
Classroom Teachers will be paid competitively with Miami-Dade
County Public Schools, and commensurate with experience. Start
Date: Classroom Teachers will report full-time in the first week of
