Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Graphic Production Assistant with a solid portfolio of experience who is responsible for managing andoverseeing tasks assigned with web, photography and print deliverables. Buildstrategic relationships with internal customers and external vendors/customers while executing work that reflects the brand andmessage of the organization.Responsibilities:• Maintains all images for web and print production which includes retouchingand precise recoloring.• Ensures quality control on all final web and print production projects.• Responsible for all styling, and retouching of products.• Able to take direction, create processes and schedule allotted time to meet deadlines.• Prep, Cut, Create and Layout any printed materials.• Work with Marketing design team members to create sale collateral, corporate forms,internal flyers catalogs and etc.• Assist and participate in photoshoots including lighting, prop management, andany assistance needed from internal creative team.• Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize graphic supplies, inventory, namingconventions, etc.• Superior time management, prioritization and communication skills. This must beexemplified by being pro-active and coming up and completing a "things to do list" that isnot reactionary.• Demonstrates a natural ability to identify a problem before they happen and to come upwith a creative solution when an issue does occur; must have a deep appreciation forsimple solutions to complex problems• Withstands pressure by handling demands of complex deadlines• Able to understand and enforce Valley Forge Brand standards.Requirements:• Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud and other key programs (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, Acrobat, MS Word, and Outlook, etc.)• Knowledge of print production and file preparation for print.• Strong goal orientation and commitment to task completion.• Ability to take direction, multi-task and communicate efficiently.• Photography / Photo retouching experience• A intermediate level of understanding of lighting for product photography• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience.Role requires frequent bending, lifting up to 25lbs, carrying and/or moving products and equipment. Must be able to clearly see executed work and drafts.
